Stephanie Nnadi
CEO/FOUNDER
Ambassador Stephanie Nnadi, the Founder/President of One Percent International Management Services Ltd, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language from the University of Nigeria Nsukka and also obtained certificate in Language Programme from Consejeria De Education in Madrid Spain.
She is an experienced business consultant and social entrepreneur, who have been able to forge a strong and talented team of international professionals that constantly strive for innovation and valuable approaches to give their clients a competitive edge and creating extraordinary business opportunities.
Amb. Nnadi has worked in several organizations occupying various capacities such as business development executive, project analyst, supervisor, assistant manager, safety attendant, secretary to the Special Adviser to the Honourable Minister of Internal Affairs etc She also has attended several courses and conferences in Nigeria and the overseas.
Justina Nnadi
Executive Director
Justina Nnadi is a versatile, creative, result driven and a team leader.
She holds Higher National Diploma (HND) in Maritime Transport and Business Management from the Maritime Academy of Nigeria Oron in Akwa Ibom State and she has worked with the Nigerian Ports Authority under harbour department between 2006 and 2009 before going on sabbatical to develop herself in business and project management.
She has worked in the following capacities as Health and Safety Environment Officer (HSE), Administrator and Public Relations Manager. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport, while at Maritime Academy she received certification for the mandatory trainings and went for other trainings and seminars.
She is currently the Executive Director of One Percent International Management Services Limited. Her hubbies are traveling, listening to music, reading and playing table tennis

With early career experience at Xerox and Business Objects in Europe, Momife developed a strong foundation in operational efficiency, sales strategy, and data-driven business intelligence. His leadership at Nigerian Mobile Telecommunications (M-Tel) led to a remarkable turnaround, achieving ₦20 billion turnover within two years.
At Angelos Holdings, he has set an ambitious goal to redefine mass-market breads and health-focused food products across Africa, leveraging strategic partnerships to scale production and enhance accessibility. His business philosophy blends innovation, quality, and sustainability, making him a key figure in Africa’s evolving consumer landscape.

Charles Ude

Barrister Charles Ude, Esq LLB (Hons) PGDLP, LLM (Merit in International Commercial Law) BL, is a qualified Solicitor and Barrister and also a member of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) , Member Society of Advanced Legal Studies (United Kingdom) and Member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)
A qualified lawyer with wide experiences in various areas of litigations, international commercial and company law, he has over 14 years’ qualified experience in Employment law, Oil and Gas, Energy and Power, IT law, Intellectual Property Law and Private Client: wills, Trusts and Estate Planning.
His other areas of expertise include, but not limited to
- Climate change matters and Law.
- Supervising and coordinating a team of lawyers.
- Excellent in advanced legal researches, recoveries, communication, computer and client skills
